2014 Philip Togni, Spring Mt. Cabernet Sauvignon Price: 1.350,00 DKK
   In Stock
The flagship wine, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate from his vineyard high on Spring Mountain is a blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot.
It seems slightly more approachable and civilized for a young Togni wine, with a dense ruby/purple color, loads of blackcurrant, licorice, and graphite, some earth and spice, but very subtle earth nuances.
It is full-bodied and rich, but the tannins are well-integrated and don’t scream as loudly as some vintages of Togni can.
For Togni, this is probably one of his more forward and precociously styled Cabernets.
It will probably approach drinkability in several years, but don’t discount its aging potential, as this easily has 20-25 years of cellaring potential.

2016 Philip Togni, Spring Mt. Cabernet Sauvignon Price: 1.250,00 DKK
   In Stock
Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate reveals a wonderfully spicy nose of cinnamon stick, cloves, fenugreek and cumin seed over a core of cassis, kirsch, black raspberries and spearmint with nuances of lavender and forest floor. Medium-bodied, the palate is laden with energetic red and black berry flavors, framed by ripe, finely grained tannins and bold freshness, finishing long and perfumed.

2009, Philip Togni, Ca'Togni dessertwine Price: 300,00 DKK
Something of an anomaly in Napa, this is a sweet red wine made from Black Muscat/Muscat of Hamburg.
Medium ruby-purple in color, the Ca Togni is intensely scented of roses, grape juice and Earl Grey tea on the nose with touches of raisin cake, preserved plums, anise and potpourri.
Rich, sweet, full-bodied and lush with balancing freshness, it has a very long, spicy finish.
